Jessica's passion is to dance and teaches bellydance and ballroom. After several years of dancing and performing with a local belly Dance troupe, Jessica attended York University for a year and a half, taking classes on conditioning, kinesiology, as well as various types of dance such as Philippine, African, Modern. This is when she realized that not only did she have a deep passion to dance but she also had a passion to teach others to dance. Jessica enrolled at Joy of Dance Centre and Teachers college where she studied various dance techniques in which she was able to debut at the Crystal Leaf International Dance Sport Championships, and the Taste of Danforth. She participated in a Belly dance class which later gave her a part in a production at the Fringe Festival in Toronto. In the spring of 2012 Jessica graduated with a Bronze Teaching Certificate in American Style Ballroom. Jessica believes that expression through belly dance can enhance your physical as well as your mental well being. Belly Dance is for all ages and body types, it is about being yourself and feeling beautiful.
