classical balletEvery dancer studies ballet to learn proper technique, form and function. Young dancers progress through the syllabus of PrePrimary up to Advanced. This classical style was developed by the Royal Academy of Dance with preparation towards optional examinations that are recognized in over 87 countries. It can be applied towards high school credit or used for teaching qualifications. Pointe and Pas de deux is also a part of our programming for ballet students. |
preschool danceFun ballet based program that develops group activity skills as well as an introduction to rhythm and music and natural dance movement as created by the Royal Academy of Dance. Our Preschool and Parent & Tot classes are offered on weekdays and Saturdays as an 8 week program for 2 to 4 years. |
acro & aerial silksAcro is a combination of gymnastics and dance. Our program follows the international ADTA syllabus building strength and flexibility. Aerial Silks which acro done holding on to straps, hoops and long silk fabric is offered in Cobourg and Brighton and gives the Acrobat an added dimension to explore technique. musical theatreThe Acting Out and Acting Up Class. Musical Theatre utilizes showtunes with lipsync and vocalizing and choreography to develop your inner entertainer. Games and props further enhance the teamwork skills required for the theatre. Participants are required to take a movement class with Musical Theatre. |
